Unlike most of the Ozawa family, Tetsuo has a playful kind exterior, and tends to come off as a bit childish. He often cons others into buying him sweets or going off on some sort of random "adventure" with him. Another quirk of his is he's extremely proud of his heritage and tends to collect cultural items as well as drag others off to cultural events (mostly against their will). His house reflects his national pride as does his skill and love for kendo. Loyalty to the family comes before anything else of course, so he won't do anything to jeopardize the Ozawa family or its Assets. He also has a protective streak and a foul temper, so if crossed, he will not hesitate to harm another person. His fuse though seems to be longer than most Ozawas so it'll take a bit more to provoke him to committing violence himself.

Experience: Tetsuo is a member of the Ozawa family, an expansive minor Yakuza family. He Graduated from Tokyo University with a degree in engineering before being sent over to The united states to replace one of the local bosses over there. He quickly took over the family's local shipping business and used the profits to invest in high end restaurants on the good side of town. Of course being the Ozawa that he is, he exploits his restaurants, using them for backroom deals and meeting places for various associates.

Before finishing college, he helped to transport and set up explosives for some of the hit men on his uncle's payroll. He currently lives in the Bayside Suburbs in a moderate sized Mansion, overly decorated with cultural items from home. Most notable is his personal armory of swords which he keeps next to the dojo where he practices every morning before heading to his office. Though he's only been in the country for a few years, he was tutored in english since he was 13, and can speak quite well, although he does have trouble with slang.
